Placing an order as a first-time customer
When placing your first order, we may ask you to complete the New Customer Account Setup Form. You may also download the form and e-mail sales@appliedrm.com with the completed document.
For NET 30 terms, complete the first page and sign the last 3 pages. Please provide your Accounts Payable billing information and an official Purchase Order #.

For credit card or pre-payment, complete the first page, excluding Company Bank/Trade References, and sign the last 3 pages.

Payment methods
We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) and Purchase Orders.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary from package to package, so we may not be able to provide the exact cost when you place your order. Please state in your order if you require notice of the final shipping charge before we ship the package.

Geographical shipping restrictions
We ship to most countries. U.S. export restrictions may prevent shipping to a few areas.

Placing an online order as a first-time customer
After receiving your online order, we will contact you to ask some questions about the intended use of our products and to finalize your account setup. We may also ask you to complete our
Does ordering online require an online account?
No, registration for an online account is completely optional. You may search our entire catalog, see up-to-date pricing and availability, and submit orders without logging into an account. Registering for an online account may be helpful as it will save your information for the next time you place an order.

Receiving a confirmation for an order placed online
An automated confirmation e-mail will be sent to you shortly after your online order is submitted. Orders are shipped on the same-day we receive them, until 4PM PST. If you do not receive an invoice the day after your order is submitted, or otherwise believe that your order has not been received, please email sales@appliedrm.com call (91) 98-66-97-22-44
Ordering a Backorder item
To order an item that is on Backorder, you may enter it on the Checkout page in the field, "Add Backorder/Bulk Quotes:". You may also reply to the Order Confirmation email sent to you with the item you wish to backorder.
