Payment & Shipping

We accept orders by web, phone, fax, and e-mail for your convenience. Provided your order is placed, our Sales Representatives will send an order confirmation within 48 hours and provide bank information as well. Payment

1. Time for payment shall be of the great essence, purchaser shall pay all invoiced amounts within the agreed time from the date of invoice to the specified bank account or as otherwise instructed.
2. The Buyer shall make all payments due under the Contract in full without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement, or otherwise.
3. Purchaser shall not withhold payment of any amounts due and payable hereunder by reason of any set-off of any claim or dispute with Seller.
4. If the Buyer fails to pay the Company any sum due pursuant to the Contract, the Buyer may be liable to pay interest to the Company on such sum from the due date for payment at a promised rate.

Estimate time of delivery(In Stock)

With the global storage and delivery network, you can count on quick shipping and high delivery reliability. The inventory data in China, India, the U.S., and Germany are globally synchronized. Considering the cost of time and transportation, the products you ordered will be delivered from the nearest warehouse as soon as possible. Generally, we can realize same-day and over-night deliveries for local stock products, and the lead time for bulk order and customize products, we will state in the order confirmation.

Transportation Temperature

Most products are shipped at ambient temperatures which won’t affect quality in a short-term exposure, while for sensitive or unstable products, we will ship them with refrigerants in case of degradation.
